Service Manager

With 35 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Rich leads our service team with a focus on reliability, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. As Service Manager, he oversees day-to-day service operations, ensuring every job is completed with the highest standard of quality and care.

Rich is passionate about helping homeowners and businesses find the right solutions for their heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs. Known for clear communication and a hands-on approach, he makes sure customers feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire service process.

When Rich isn’t coordinating service calls or supporting technicians, you can find him at the beach, kayaking, 4x4ing, enjoying the outdoors, spending time with family, or working on home projects.

Install Manager

With over two decades of experience in the HVAC industry, I’ve built my career from the ground up—starting as a helper in new construction and working my way into leadership roles through dedication, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality. I began my hands-on training at age 21, working in new construction while attending ACCA trade school to become a certified technician.

Over the next several years, I gained extensive experience in retrofit work, first in Orlando and later in Texas, where I spent five years as both a retrofit technician and a working supervisor. In 2015, I returned to Orlando and transitioned from fieldwork into management, eventually taking on the role of Branch Manager, overseeing all operations and teams.

In early 2022, I relocated further south with my family and joined Hopkins Air Conditioning, where I currently serve as the Installation Manager. Working alongside my brother, I continue to focus on delivering high-quality installations, building strong teams, and supporting the growth and success of our company.
